I have to say, as an entrepreneur, I've had countless past lives which have ultimately led me to where I am today. 😂
I am a seasoned social entrepreneur from Pretoria, South Africa, with a background in Marketing Communications, Project Management, Business Leadership, and the Circular Economy, as well as over 14 years of experience in the ICT industry. 👩🏽💻I am the founder of Slow Textiles, a circular textile manufacturing company dedicated to sustainability and community work, as well as Virtuoso Digital, a global digital creative agency. I have been nominated for a Standard Bank Top Woman in Tech award for my industry achievements.🤖In addition to my entrepreneurial pursuits, I am deeply committed to creating positive change in my community. I have co-founded STEM Ignited, an NPO focused on fostering science- and technology-based entrepreneurial spaces for innovation and climate solutions in South African townships and rural communities, as well as Startup Kasi, a startup incubation hub that aims to create opportunities in the Circular Economy for startups in townships.🌍I am honored to serve as the chapter lead in Pretoria for two international organizations: the Global Entrepreneurship Network and Sustainability Africa. I have a deep passion for empowering and creating wealth for underserved communities.
